8 selections, $24.00 (plus GST) per guest
- Approximately 1 hour of service
- Equivalent to a small entrée (e.g. suitable for cocktail hour)

10 selections, $26.00 (plus GST) per guest
- Approximately 1 - 1.5 hours of service
- Equivalent to an entrée

12 selections, $28.00 (plus GST) per guest
- Approximately 1.5 – 2 hours of service
- Equivalent to a main meal

15 selections, $32.00 (plus GST) per guest
- Approximately 2.5 – 3 hours of service
- Equivalent to a large main meal

Bamboo Boats

$7.00 per person.

Indonesian Mie Goreng (V). Indian Beef Masala on Basmati Rice. Tender Beef Stroganoff sauce with Steamed rice. Traditional Italian Beef Bolognese sauce with Pasta and shaved Parmesan. Champagne Chicken and Mushroom cream sauce with Pasta. Authentic Indian Chicken Korma with fragrant Jasmine rice. Thai Yellow chicken and Curry with steamed rice. Spicy Asian Vegetables w/ coriander and Hoisin sauce with Noodles (V). Eye Fillet on Potato Puree with Swiss Brown Mushroom Sauce (GF).
